“I booked a tour Explore Aarhus in 60 minutes, for me and somebody else, on tripadvisor via viator. It costed me 259 dollars. I had to meet the local tour operator at 11:00 I arrived 20 minutes before at the given address, but nobody came. I contacted the help center of viator, for the refund and they answered me that the refund wasn't possible, as the local tour had provided the documention of our communications. The local tour operator never contacted me. This is an actual lie and theft. Shame on you...”
